The new Dragon-flying is just a scuffed version of the Guild Wars 2 flying. Even the animations are exactly the same, and them bragging about “animations change when u go fast” is also just straight up stolen. Yeah Blizzard has always taken things and improved on them, but I can’t see the improvement. I just see them patting themselves on their backs for stealing another company’s The game has a handful of dragon mounts you can use as soon as you unlock flying at level 30. These regular flying mounts are distinct from Dragonflight's drake , but still very much dragons. On flat, relatively level ground, raptor will leave jackal in the dust. If you are moving up a hill though, jackal will take the lead. Raptors leap is trash uphill, which allows jackals natural speed to take over. But it is not the flying most folks are used to, looks more like the flying system used in Guild Wars 2's Griffon and Skyscale flying.. Will be interesting to see what folks think about it..
